You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

• Unused
• In its original condition and packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale
• Perishable or hygienic goods (e.g., food items, certain kitchen accessories)
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

To start a return, please contact us at contact@atelierdorsay.fr with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

We will provide you with the return instructions.
Do not send the product back before contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will do our best to replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
